How did you make it till here? Read the conditions of MyFullOn. And, yes you can, but you have to title it: “subconsciousmind – MyFullOn (your name RMX)”, you have to send it to me and in case you want to release it you have to contact me first. But I do think that this is a great song for remixing and I’m happy about any remix I’m allowed to hear.
What are VSTPlugins?
VSTPlugins are little audioprocessing or audiogenerating programs which only run in a host application like cubase, logic, nuendo, abletonlive, samplitude. They can be synthesizers, equalizers, reverbs, delay, phaser, distorsion, what ever you want. They have to be purchased seperately, but there are also some freeware plugins around.
Where can I get Steinberg Cubase SX3?
In any music store. It is quite expensive, maybe you can try to get the school version, which is cheaper. There are also cracked versions around, but I can not support this here.
What is the difference between VSTPlugins, and VSTInstruments?
VSTInstruments is special group of VSTPlugins. Namely these are electronic sound generators. Synthesizers so to speak.
What is the difference between “audio” and “MIDI”?
“audio” is something that you can hear. On a CD for example there is audio. It’s that easy.
“MIDI” is just data. Actually you can not hear MIDI except you have an instrument that makes it hearable. It’s the computerversion sheet music which can only be heard if a musicans plays or sings it.

Your CPU is to slow. Read the installation notes. If this doesn’t help, your CPU REALLY is to slow. Try to raise the soundcard latency, this will help as well.

Your CPU is probably to slow. Read the installation notes. If this doesn’t help, your CPU maybe is massively slow, or your computer is not well configured. Try to raise the soundcard latency, this will help as well.
How did you get this “reaktor” sound?
I have no idea. I just turned around the knobs know and then. There is distorsion on it, but also the midivelocity goes to the filter cutoff, which makes it more dynamik. But it has really been done with a free version of reaktor which is often used in electonic music magazins.
Does one need any payed plugins?
Actually no, as you can see in MyFullOn. But I believe, when it comes to real high quality, synthesizers and efx, the last bit can only be done with professional software and hardware.
Why is there such a latency when playing notes from my midikeyboard in MyFullOn?
There are some plugins like the “mulitband compressor” from steinberg, and the reverb from “SIR” which cause extra latency over your soundcard. And/or your soundcards latency is so high.
Why does it sound so boring?
There are three different possible reasons:
1: The song is boring.
2: You don’t like my song.
3: You may not have loaded the presets for the “SIR reverb” so there is no reverb on any of the sounds- read the installation notes.
